My Basic Nighttime Skincare Routine

There are many layers to skincare in my opinion. But I try to group them into three main categories:

1) Base Products- these are going to be the ground floor of your skincare routine.

Anything added on to these products I consider lagniappe. For example your daily base

skincare may consist of your cleanser and moisturizer only. But we all know just

those two products alone are not going to take your skin very far.

2) Daily Specialty Products- these are the products you add on to your daily skinacare.

So these are the items that are going to take your skincare a step further. People who

add on 2-3 more daily products tend to have better results with skincare. This is because

there really is no bottle of 'magic potion.' The more layers to your skincare routine, the

more benefits your skin will receive. For example: toner, any serums, retinol, eye cream.

3) Weekly Maintence Products: These are the products added on to your skincare

routine that only need to be done 1-2 times a week. For example, exfoliators.

The reason I like to explain it like this to is because I find a lot of people don't understand all of the different elements that goes into a good skincare routine. Like I said, a cleanser and moisturizer alone isn't fully going to cut it unless if you're one of those freaks with perfect skin and put in zero effort. If you are one of those people, then that is AWESOME and consider yourself blessed!

So now that I broke down how I categorize skincare, I am going to share my skincare base and specialty products with y'all. These that I am sharing now are going to make up my night time skincare regimen.

By only showing y'all my night skincare routine, I am leaving products that I use out. However, I will share more with y'all later because if I don't break it up, it can become overwhelming.

So I will later show y'all my morning (which is actually similar to the night time but exchanging one product for another) and I will also later show y'all my maintenance products and how I use them.

So here are my steps:

1) Pomifera Balancing Facial Cleanser for dry/sensitive/mature. There is also an option

for normal/oily/acne prone. This is a SUPER gentle cleanser designed to protect the

natural moisture. This I why I love this cleanser so much. If a cleanser strips the skin

down too much then it takes the good with it.

I use either a spin brush or a face loofah with it to get a light exfoliation. I prefer the face

loofah over the spin brush when I am needing a little more dead skin to come off.

2) Ultraluxe Seaweed Liposome Gel- I LOVE this stuff striclty because of the benefits.

This gel time releases antioxidants to protect from free radical damage. I use this every

day and night to try and prevent future unseen damage to the skin

3) Pomifera Brightening Vitamin C Serum- Vitamin C is VERY well know for brightening

the skin, improving the overall tone, as well as many other benefits!

4) Pomifera Rose Serum- If there is one thing I can convince someone to do it is find a

facial oil that works well with their skin, because they are the bomb dot come at

hydrating. Everyone could benefit from one. Also, our skin accepts oils very well.

That's it! After I complete these steps, my skin is smoother and more hydrated. Not to mention, there is a visible glow every single time!

All of these products can be found on my blog site. Pomifera products has its own tab and the others are listed on my online store.

I as always am here for any questions! You can absolutely comment them below or PM me.

Also, I have a very quick video below showing how I use the products.
